Resident hydration and care information is special category (health) data. Where Smart Hydration acts as a data processor on behalf of a care provider, the care provider is the data controller. Where Smart Hydration acts as a data controller, our lawful basis is available on request.

Our platform uses non-invasive sensor technology and software to help care providers monitor hydration levels, generate alerts, and maintain digital hydration records for residents in care settings.
